A Zildjian K sorozat gyártása 1981-ben kezdődött. B20-as bronzból készülnek gépi megmunkálással, ami biztosítja a hangzás állandóságát. A legendás K cintányérok sötét hangzásukról híresek, amely ideális jazz, funk, fusion stb. stílusokhoz.
A K EFX sötét, piszkos és nagyon "trashy" hangzást ad. Elég vékony, így már enyhe ütésre is nagyon gyorsan reagál.
