PDP NEW YORKER™ – stílusos, kompakt szett dobosoknak, akik praktikus készletet keresnek, pl. klubkoncertekhez. A DW Performance Bop Kit alapján készült, de egy pénztárcabarátabb verzióban. Könnyű és kezelhető, így kiváló utazáshoz. Teljesen nyárfából készült shellekkel rendelkezik, melyek hangzását nagyobb attack, középfrekvenciás rezonancia és rövidebb lecsengés jellemzi. Speciális Remo drumheadekkel, új formájú, könnyű babákkal, sűrű menetű True-Pitch csavarrendszerrel (amely pontosabb hangolást tesz lehetővé), a bass drum-hoz rögzített tamtartóval és gyárilag szerelt Bass Drum Lifterrel van felszerelve, amely megemeli a dobot a bass drum pedal felőli oldalon (így nem szükséges megemelni a hangszert).
